  • You feel uneasy.   You are constantly on edge and feel as if you could suffer a panic attack at any time.
  • You suffer from anxious and troubling thoughts that you cannot get out of your head.  The more you try to get rid of those thoughts the more anxious your will become.
  • You feel as if you are going to lose control and do something that you will regret later.  You are not sure if you will be able to control those urges.
  • You may get light headed and dizzy.  You are positive that you are going to faint.
  • You may feel apart from the world.  You are spacey and are in a dream like state.
  • You feel as if you are in bad situations that you are unable to escape.  This make is hard to function in life.  You have a hard time driving, going to restaurants, socializing and even doing you dally chores.
  • You are afraid that you may stop breathing. Your chest and throat feel tight and you are unable to slow down your breathing.
  • You feel depressed and are worried that you do not matter in the world.
  • You may have gone to the emergency room fearing that you have a heart attack.  But, there is nothing wrong with your heart.
  • You worry that if you are not able to stop these anxiety attack symptoms you will live your whole life being afraid and unable to live your life to its full potential.
